YOGA FOR EVERYBODY
Yoga For EveryBODY - Less work, more relaxation! Drop in and tune out for an hour with a basic and classic approach to yoga! No previous experience necessary, all ages welcome. These sessions will help you gain the knowledge and the ability to push yourself to new limits, with a very balanced and open approach to physical fitness and yoga.
Yoga sessions will be led by Katie Juelson. Katie has many years of experience in the yoga industry, and now joins the Burlington Youth Soccer Club to lead Yoga For Every-BODY. After her work with Canadian Yoga Alliance, she is currently the yoga instructor for Canada’s Para-Soccer National Team, various OPDL soccer teams, and yoga for seniors.
