Kevin McGreskin

UEFA A License (held with national FA of England, N. Ireland, & Wales) 

Experience:  Globally recognized coach educator, serving as instructor on the UEFA A License course for the Irish FA, and lecturing internationally on developing cognitive performance in soccer. Kevin joined the BYSC in February 2016 after serving as Technical Director for the Bahamas FA and previously coaching professionally in his native Scotland.

Steven McDougall

Development Phase Manager

National C, National B Part 1, Scottish FA Level 1, 2, 3 

Experience:  Over 15 years of professional playing experience in Scotland with Airdrie United, Dunfermline Athletic, Dumbarton, and Glasgow Rangers. Steven has made 407 Professional Appearances in the Scottish Premier League, achieving First Division Championship with Dunfermline Athletic, Second Division Championship and Challenge Cup Winners with Airdrie United. Steven holds an ECDL and Advanced ECDL from Paisley University in Scotland.

Stevie Grieve

Coach Development Manager

UEFA A License, FIFA Advanced Futsal Diploma

Experience:  A plethora of international experience, including: 3 years as Head of Coaching with Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools in India, Technical Director for I-League 2 Club Garhwal FC, Head Coach of Swiss Club FC Gland, and working with his native Scotland clubs East Fife, Raith Rovers, and Dundee FC.  Stevie was also a popular TV personality with Asian TV network Ten Sports where he covered UEFA Competitions and had his own TV Show called "Mindgame". Stevie has also written several books on coaching tactics, including the 2012 Best Seller "Coaching the 4-2-3-1".

Jordan Brown

Foundation Phase Manager

Experience:  Over 10 years of coaching experience in his native England and Ontario Academies. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough University, England. While at university, Jordan worked with the varsity women's squad as Assistant Coach and then later promoted to Head Coach.  

Dan Pelc

Head Goalkeeper Coach

NSCAA Level III Goalkeeping Diploma

Experience:  In 2002, Dan signed with CSL Hamilton Thunder, and was part of the CSA National Training Program. In 2003 he was selected to the Canada U-17 National Team making his debut against Jamaica. Dan attended Southern New Hampshire University on a soccer scholarship, making two NCAA tournament appearances and one Northeas-10 Conference Final. Later in his career, Dan went on trial with Polish club Gornik Zabrze, Wolverhampton Wanderers, and played for CSL Serbian White Eagles, and USSF-D2 Vancouver Whitecaps FC. Dan has also coached for McMaster University, Hamilton FC Rage, and PDL KW United.   

Melanie Bradley

Competitive Administrator

Certified Soccer For Life, Provincial C Trained, USA F License

Experience:  Local grown player with competitive playing experience in the South Region Soccer League, achieving two SRSL League Cup Championships in 2004-2005. Melanie has coached Rep teams in Milton, Oakville, and Burlington. She has forged a path as a soccer administrator, previously serving as House League Program Assistant, LTPD Coordinator, and Master Learning Facilitator U4-U6 Programs at Oakville SC. Melanie holds a Diploma in Business Marketing from Fanshawe College.


David Shankland

Experience: David brings a wealth of international coaching experience. He has coached professionally in a variety of positions for clubs in Greece, Romania, and his native Scotland.
